Today has gone far too quick. I received a call from a recruitment agency and I may have a job interview lined up. I call another recruitment agency to see if they had anything going, they did not. I also procrastinated and procrastinated about revision for my maths. I am falling very behind.

Things Starting To Settle Down

Things, it seems are finally starting to settle down. I have found a place to stay and I can now concentrate on my studies and believe me I need to. The course that I am doing is will hopefully get me into Reading University, doing Computer Engineering. The thing is, is that I don’t have any UK maths qualifications, so I am having to do GCSE Maths both at foundation level and at higher level plus A/AS Level maths to. This is quite a work load. although the maths is not particularly hard, I still have to do it. I have been falling behind because of not being able to devote enough time to it. So it is now time to do some catching up. I will be setting up a study timetable and also a study journal. I will have to work out what to put into the study journal, but once I get going it should be okay. There is lots to do and lots to keep my occupied. I cannot wait for the time when I am ahead in my studies, that will be so good.

The Rough With The Smooth

The last few weeks have rather a bit rough. Moving out of the place that I was in was a lot harder then I had anticipated. I must never keep that much crap again. For the few years I must travel as light as possible, so that if I have to move it will be a lot less painless.

In addition to this my stepfather is currently in hospital, being a typical man he is stubborn and believes that he can still do things. He fell out of the bed twice and I had to help back in, not a pleasant thing to go through. This is now the second time that my mother has had to deal with a sick man, first my father and now my stepfather.
My studies have gone out the window and it is starting to worry me. I have exams in a few weeks and I am getting worried that I will not pass. I really want to go on to university so I have to get this sorted as soon as possible. I just hope that I can

A Student Life For Me

I have now been a student for about six weeks now. It has been pretty hard getting everything organised and arranged as I have to do everything myself. I am hoping that it will be worth it in the end.
I am doing so much maths it is unbelievable, all because I do not have a GCSE grade. I am enjoying it though. I know that I will have to put in a large amount of work in order to get the maths done. At least the other subjects are pretty easy. I must also practises my writing skills, but I should be able to that to. All that it takes is practises, the more that you do it the better you get at it.
Unfortunately I have not found a place to live and I have to be out of the place that I am currently in tomorrow. This is not good but I am sure that I can find a place pretty, well that is the hope anyway.
I went to Reading University Open Day on Saturday and it all looks very interesting I cannot wait to go there.
All in all it has been interesting over the last six weeks, I just hope that things will settle down so that I can concentrate on my studies. That is what I enjoy the most.
